ELIGIBILITY: Must be 19 years of age or older as of June 5, 2007.  Employees, officers and directors of Malt-O-Meal Company (“Sponsor”), RODEO! de Santa Fe, their respective promotional partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and each of their respective spouses) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER Giveaway:  Visit the Malt-O-Meal Cereal Display at the RODEO! and fill out the entry form on your ticket. Drop the entry form into the box at the rodeo. Go to www.maltomeal-rodeo.com, and fill in the required information to submit your entry. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 25, 2007.

PRIZES: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined. An independent Promotion Administrator whose decisions are final and binding will conduct on or about June 26th, 2007 the drawing.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from both entry methods combined.   The winner will each receive one free year of Malt-O-Meal Cereal awarded in the form of 52 Malt-O-Meal “Free Cereal” Coupons, each of which is redeemable for a free Malt-O-Meal Cereal up to $4.00. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each Grand Prize is $208. 

WINNER CONDITIONS: The winners will be notified by email, phone and/or mail on or around June 30th, 2007.  Prizes may be forfeited if the notification is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, or if Winners are unable to be contacted by telephone.  If a potential winner cannot accept the prize as stated, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. If a prize is forfeited for any reason, it will be awarded to an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries received, who will be notified in accordance with the procedures outlined herein. Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All income taxes on the prizes are the winners’ responsibility. The Grand Prizes will be awarded provided they are properly claimed in accordance with these Rules. Winners must comply with all rules as published. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its promotional partners, Administrator, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and the employees, officers and directors of each of the foregoing, from and against any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, death and/or claims based on publicity rights or defamation or invasion of privacy, which may arise from or in connection with participation in Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Giveaway- or prize-related activity. By accepting a prize, each winner further consents to the use of his/her name, limited biographical information and/or likeness for advertising, promotion, public relations or trade purposes in commerce and in any media worldwide without limitation or additional notice or compensation. Failure to comply with these Rules in any way will result in forfeiture of prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, provided such person meets the eligibility requirements of these Rules.  "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider or Internet service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide proof to Sponsor that he/she is the applicable authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method.  Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail or entries; (ii) electronic or digital transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected; (iii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iv) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway; (v) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; or (vi) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.  All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified.  If for any reason  the online portion of this Giveaway cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Giveaway Entities that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, or if the Giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the online portion of this Giveaway.  If the online portion of the Giveaway is terminated before the original end date, the Administrator will select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect online entries received as of the termination date/time, combined with all eligible mail-in entries received through the stated end date. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE Giveaway OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Giveaway MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.  SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.  Sponsor is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize.
